The first ever all metal Michael Jackson tribute album is set to be released later this month and will include the stars of heavy metal bands such as Guns N Roses, Iron Maiden, Motorhead and Testament. As a child Michael Jacobshagen spent time on the move with Michael Jackson. He met Michael Jackson the first time 1995 in Paris, the beginning of a friendship that stretched over years. They visited the famous Circus Krone in Munich, stayed 1998 two weeks in that city, went shopping and spent private time together in hotel suites and elsewhere. When Michael Jackson roamed Europe on his legendary 1997 History Tour, he invited the 13 year old Michael Jacobshagen time and again to various cities his concerts took place in. Now, 16 years later, Michael Jacobshagen lets other fans participate and talks for the first time in detail about his marvelous experiences with Michael Jackson in a profoundly open and personal manner. The king of pop has had his hits reworked as lullabies for babies. DON'T STOP til you get to sleep. That's the thinking behind a new album that features Michael Jackson hits in a lullaby style. Rock With You, ABC and Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough are amongst the hits on the latest album from Rockabye Baby - a US company that transforms pop songs into instrumental, baby-friendly tunes. The company released a Jay-Z lullaby album earlier this month and other artists to have their hits reworked by the label include Kanye West and Bob Marley. The Jackson lullaby album is set for release on August 13 - just over two weeks ahead of what would have been the late superstar's 55th birthday on August 29. And in addition to the songs, the album also features a MJ-themed kids' games for liner notes and a recipe for Mango In the Mirror baby food. A new book “A Life For L.O.V.E,” has been published by the compilers of “It’s All about L.O.V.E.” It contains stories about Michael you maybe have heard before. Out in time for Michael´s 55th birthday anniversary, we are very happy and excited to let you all know about our new book “A life for L.O.V.E.” that is OUT NOW. Some of you may have read our first book “It’s all about L.O.V.E.”, which portrayed the unique relationship between Michael and his fans through true stories by fans from all over the world. For the last two years we have been working on our second project which is a first time ever collection of stories focusing on Michael’s humanitarian efforts. As you all know, the whole world celebrates Michael’s musical legacy and his groundbreaking achievements in the entertainment industry, yet little is publicly known about the fact that he also broke records with his charitable accomplishments and that he used his tremendous popularity, influence and amazing success to call attention to social and political problems. I can exclusively reveal that Sony Music will release two new Michael Jackson collections in what’s being referred to as the “Michael Jackson Global iTunes Campaign”. Although a few days late, the campaign – which goes live around the world on June 28, 2013 – is intended to commemorate the 4th anniversary of Jackson’s passing.
Also included in 'The Indispensable Collection' will be the recently released live album sampled from Jackson’s legendary 1988 Bad Tour performance at Wembley Stadium, and 1997's 'Blood On The Dance Floor/HIStory In The Mix'. Are you ready to get your dancing machine on? If you’re a fan of the Jackson 5 it looks like you can relive their cartoon glory again. It’s been announced that the 1971 Saturday morning cartoon featuring the fictionalised accounts of young Michael Jackson’s time with his brothers is coming to DVD and Blu-Ray. Titled The Jackson 5ive, the series went on to show wacky Scooby-Doo like hi-jinks and colorful musical montages complete with 70s emblematic bell bottoms and flower powers. The series ran from 1971 to 1973 and was syndicated in the 80s when Michael Jackson’s career hit an all-time high during his solo career. Pre-order
